Privacy Policy
All payments are processed by our payment processing agent. We do not keep
any personal or credit card information, except for the payment details.
Refund Policy
The COMPANY undertakes to provide a refund to the CLIENT of the Professional
Fee paid by the CLIENT to the COMPANY after deducting an amount of US $300
towards administrative expenses, in the event that the CLIENT'S application for
a VISA is rejected by the visa officer on grounds other than:
i. Misrepresentation or fraud on the part of the CLIENT;
ii. The CLIENT having failed the medical;
iii. The CLIENT. having a criminal record;
iv. The CLIENT not being proficient in the English language;
AND
Upon the CLIENT satisfying all the clauses of this agreement.
However in the event that the CLIENT decides not to go ahead with his/her
immigration after retaining the services of the COMPANY, the CLIENT shall have
no claim whatsoever against the COMPANY.
